When you place an order to purchase a product from www.musicmasterseries.co.uk we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, containing the details of goods ordered and the amount to be charged to your card. Stock will be despatched by our suppliers.

We supply customers worldwide via this site. Our postage costs are based on the following rates:

• Within the UK using first class Royal Mail: (approx. 1-2 days delivery time)
1st item £5.00 subsequent items additional £0.50
• Within the UK using second class Royal Mail: (approx. 3-5 days delivery time)
1st item £4.00 subsequent items additional £0.50
• Within Europe using DPD Direct lite: (approx. 4-13 days delivery time and postage tracked)
1st item £10.00 subsequent items additional £0.50
• Rest of the World using DPD Direct lite: (approx. 4-13 days delivery time and postage tracked)
1st item £16.00 subsequent items additional £0.50

Returns
 

Please note we are unable to accept liability for any item being returned to us that is lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting for returned items.
