The Music Master

Graham was born in Edinburgh in 1973 and began his musical education at the age of nine studying piano theory and composition at the Yehudi Menuhin School, the Royal Northern College Of Music and the Royal Academy Of Music in London where he obtained his BMus Degree and LRAM teaching qualifications.

In 2001 he studied for a PGCE at the Institute of Education, University of London to obtain Qualified Teacher Status which enabled Graham to broaden his teaching experiences working with young students in mainstream schools.

His philosophy is to provide the stimulus and tools to develop skills in the musical language through a fun and exciting path which integrates composing, playing and discovery.

The Music Master Series offers a variety of books which embrace the enjoyment of discovering music, and the realisation of making music.
